Independent specialists in Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Safety Training

Safety Assessment Solutions can help to ensure that businesses and other organisations meet the legal requirements placed upon them by  the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (RRFSO). We carry out Fire Risk Assessments to British Standards approved PAS 79. We also deliver on-site customised Fire Safety Training for employees, designated Fire Wardens and Fire Marshals. All training is approved and certificated by the Fire Protection Association. Once completed, the Fire Risk Assessment will enable full compliance with legal duties and responsibilities as required by the RRFSO.

We work throughout the Midlands, North West and North Wales but are centrally located to provide a nationwide service.

Our lead consultant is a Corporate Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers with qualifications and significant experience in the delivery of;

 

Who needs our services?

If you do not feel confident that you or your staff could complete a suitable and sufficient Fire Risk Assessment We can help. If you are responsible for premises where people are employed, you are likely to be the 'Responsible Person' as defined by Article 3 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. For example, an employer, occupier or owner. Additionally, if 5 or more people are employed, you must keep written records of all arrangements for the effective planning, organisation, control, monitoring and review of preventative and protective measures with regards to fire safety.
